Ana Cristina Ferrão Silva
She has a master's degree in Food Quality and Technology from the Agrarian School of Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, Portugal. She is currently a PhD student in Food Sciences through a PhD scholarship from the Foundation for Science and Technology. She has worked as a Guest Assistant at Food Quality
and Technology at the Agrarian School of Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, Portugal since 2021. She is a member of the CERNAS-IPV Research Centre, Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, Portugal. She is also the author of 3 chapters in international books, several articles in international peer-reviewed journals, and delivered many presentations at conferences.
