Fabiano Dahlke graduated in Animal Science from the Federal University of Santa Maria (Brazil), a Master's degree in Animal Science/Animal Nutrition from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul - (Brazil), PhD in Animal Science - Animal Physiology from the UNESP (Brazil). Post-Doctorate in Animal Physiology from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium (2007-2008) and in Physiology of Animal Nutrition, from Georg-August Universität Göttingen, Germany (2015-2016). From 2004 to 2010 he was an adjunct Professor of Animal Nutrition at the Federal University of Paraná (Brazil). From 2010 to 2023 was an Associate Professor of Poultry Science and Non-Ruminant Nutrition at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil). In 2022, he becomes a Full Professor at the same University. In 2023, he joined the Escola Superior Agrária de Santarém (Santarém Polytechnic University), as an Adjunct Professor. He has experience in the fields of animal production, Non-Ruminant Nutrition, Egg Incubation, Poultry Production and Physiology, Poultry Production and Environment, and Wild avian Breeding.
