Natália Martins Roque
In 2017, she completed the MSc in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), applied to agro-forestry and natural resources, in the School of Agriculture of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco (IPCB-ESA). The thesis was focused on beekeeping suitability, using Open-Source GIS, having three controlled beekeeping areas as a case study.
She is a full-time GIS analyst in the GIS Lab of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco – School of Agriculture, since 2007. In 2021, she started the PhD in Geography in Physical Geography Paths of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities in the University of Coimbra.
In the past years, she has integrated several international and national projects, mostly committed to agricultural and natural resources.
