MSc. Sara Barbosa is a biotechnologist from the Polytechnic of Coimbra – Agriculture School. She has research experience in projects related to agriculture and the environment and works as an Invited Assistant in food chemistry and biochemistry, food chemistry, food biotechnology, and biochemical engineering in the same institution.
