Vanda Andrade have a PhD in Pharmacy/Toxicology, Faculty of Pharmacy of Lisbon University (FFLU) (grade: Approved with praise and distinction by unanimity), with Thesis title: “Selection and combination of biomarkers to control and prevent the risk of occupational exposure to the mixture of lead, arsenic and manganese” (2014); Post-Graduation in “Quality control and food Toxicology” (grade: 16), FFLU (2008); MSc in “Animal diversity conservation” (grade: Good), Faculty of Sciences of Lisbon University (FSLU) with Thesis title: “Viral infections in reptiles from the Portuguese fauna” (1998); Biology degree (grade:14), FSLU (1992). Adjunct Professor, in Santarém Agrarian School of Polytechnic Institute of Santarém with the following activities of UCs related with several Toxicology and Analytical Methods. Scientific production, mainly in metal mixture toxicity and biomarkers and Mediterranean Diet, include 1 international book, 2 international book chapters, 25 peer reviewed papers in international journals.
