Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy and a Master’s degree in Gastronomic Sciences, with a strong interest in food chemistry and food science. My main areas of focus include the valorization of gastronomic identity through sustainability, culture and its connection to tourism and local territories. I am particularly keen on bridging science and gastronomy, promoting science communication and strengthening gastronomy as a professional field grounded in rigorous academic knowledge.
