Ana Ramalho
Ana Ramalho is a biologist with a Master's degree in Food Technology from Nova University of Lisbon and a Ph.D. in Fish Nutrition from the University of Algarve, Portugal. Her research interests focus on food safety and technology, fish nutrition and aquaculture, as well as food science and quality. She has extensive experience in research and project management across various EU-funded projects, with roles in dissemination and communication, identification of skills and training needs, and the development and implementation of training and e-learning initiatives.
